どうも三味線屋です。 ネットに繋げない状態から完全に復旧できました。 モデムについていたトラブルシューティングを手がかりに 配線を全部交換しても駄目なときはどうしようかと思いましたが ネットだけではなく一般電話にも影響がでていたのでもしやと 思いダメもとでNTTに問い合わせてみました。 原因は電話の引込み線が切れ掛かっていたみたいです。 30年以上交換していなかったので仕方がないみたいでした。 技師の方があっという間に張りなおしてくれたので 本日より快適にネットができるようになりましたので ブログも再開しようと思いますのでよろしくお願いします。 |
